QuoteGen is a SaaS platform operated by Mind Scope Solutions FZC, a Free Zone Company registered in the United Arab Emirates, that enables travel agents and agencies to create, manage, and share client-facing travel quotation documents.
References to "QuoteGen", "we", "us", or "our" mean Mind Scope Solutions FZC. References to "you" or "your" mean the individual or entity using the platform.
To use QuoteGen you must register an account using a valid email address and create a password. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be downgraded unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by law.
You agree to use QuoteGen only for lawful purposes and in connection with legitimate travel agency or related business activities. You must not:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to QuoteGen — including destination data, images, client information, and quote documents. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process it solely to provide the service to you.
We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.
When you enter client personal data (names, email addresses, travel preferences) into QuoteGen, you act as the data controller and Mind Scope Solutions FZC acts as a data processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful grounds to process your clients' data.
We process data only on your instructions and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are GDPR compliant and maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
QuoteGen includes AI-powered features ("Q AI") that assist with quote creation, content extraction, and suggestions. AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before sending quotes to clients.
Q AI is powered by third-party large language model providers. We do not store your conversations beyond what is required to provide the immediate service.
QuoteGen, its brand, logo, interface design, and underlying technology are owned by Mind Scope Solutions FZC and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mind Scope Solutions FZC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of QuoteGen, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, without refund.
On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
